Golden Moments is published by Cloudjet Solutions Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By using dementiaactivities.games you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The app has its own license, described below.
Free to use
The games, guides and printables are free. You may play the games and print the activities as often as you like for personal, family and non-commercial group use, including in care homes, adult day programs, hospitals, libraries, faith groups and community groups.
What is not allowed
- Selling our printables, pictures or guides, or including them in a paid product, without written permission.
- Copying our pages or pictures to another website or app.
- Using the site to break the law, or trying to disrupt or overload it.
Your photos and other people’s rights
Choose only photos you may use and show, in Photo pairs on this website or in the app. Take particular care with photos of children and of people who cannot easily say what they want. We do not own, publish or receive the photos you choose. Keep your originals somewhere safe; the app’s copies are not a backup.
Not medical advice
Golden Moments is for recreation and general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our health information notice. Supervise activities as appropriate for the person, especially anything involving food, small objects, scents, heat or going outdoors.
The Golden Moments app
The iPhone and iPad app is licensed through Apple’s App Store. Unless a different license is shown on the App Store listing, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs it.This page does not replace or amend Apple’s Standard EULA.
The App Store listing sets Apple distribution, compatibility and prices. The Android app from Google Play is subject to Google Play’s terms. If an App Store purchase applies, Apple’s billing and refund processes govern it; you can useApple’s purchase support for eligible refunds. The app is for recreation, as described in safety and intended use. How it handles data is in theapp privacy policy.
Other services
Apple, Google Play, Cloudflare and the websites we link to operate independently, with their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not a medical endorsement.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing on this page excludes a consumer right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.These terms do not require arbitration, waive class action rights or choose a court for disputes.
