Health Information Notice
Golden Moments is for recreation and general information only. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here replaces care from a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, registered dietitian or other qualified professional who knows the person.
Our games
Our games and activities are for enjoyment and shared time. They do not diagnose, test, measure, treat, slow or prevent dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or any other condition. Activities are not suitable for everyone. Follow the person’s interests and comfort, and stop or change an activity when needed.
Our health and research pages
Our brain health pages summarize published research for a general audience. Research findings describe groups of people and cannot tell you what will happen to one person. Talk with a doctor before changing diet, fasting, exercise, sleep habits, medicines or supplements, especially for an older adult or someone living with dementia.
